I'll let you in on a little secret.  Whenever I'm feeling a little off kilter or frustrated I pull out our customer comment cards and instantly feel on top of the world.  I'll give you and example.  Jo from the Lower Mainland writes "Perfection!  Better than chocolate.  My first spa visit and it truly was fabulous."  Thank you all so much for all your kind words.
